Oregon Buyer's Order and Oregon Buyer's Order with Arbitration
The new form numbers are LAWOR-BO(3P)26 and LAWOR-BOARB3P26. They will replace the LAWOR-BO(3P)19 and LAWBOARB3P19.
Dealers should not start using these forms until January 1, 2026. The new forms include, among others, the following updates:

Various language modifications throughout the document

Modified itemization section

Added Negative Equity section

The new form numbers are LAWOR-0303P(2P)-26 and LAWOR-0303(2P)-26. They will replace the LAWOR-0303P-24 and LAWOR-0303L-24.
The new forms have language modifications throughout in response to HB 3178.
Dealers should not start using these forms until January 1, 2026.
Dealers will need to consult with their DMS provider regarding reprogramming requirements for new or updated documents.
