LAW and CNCDA deliver

California dealers face new compliance requirements under the California CARS Act beginning October 1. Continuing their long-standing partnership, LAW and CNCDA began updating the California LAW F&I Library as soon as Senate Bill 766 (California CARS Act) was signed into law.

Both teams recognized the importance of helping California dealers prepare for the new requirements and have spent months reviewing the legislation and consulting with experienced local and national legal counsel. As a result, new and updated documents are now available to help dealers meet several of their new obligations when the law goes into effect. These documents are available electronically and pre-printed.
