Please note the following updates to the Alabama LAW F&I Library^®:

Alabama Buyer's Order and Alabama Buyer's Order with Arbitration

The new form numbers are LAWAL-BO(3P)26 and LAWAL-BOARB3P26. They replace LAWAL-BO3P10/21 and LAWAL-BOARB391021. Changes include:

Added "General Terms" Paragraph to backer
Updated Arbitration Provision on the Arbitration version

Dealers will need to consult with their DMS provider regarding programming requirements for new or updated documents.

Old 10/21 pre-print versions will be discontinued on 11/30/2026 or when stock is depleted, whichever comes first.
