Application for KY Certificate of Title or Registration
Please note that the state of KY has released a new version of the Application for KY Certificate of Title or Registration with a 6/26 revision date. The state updated the form by adding a checkbox option for “Plug-in Hybrid” in the Engine Type area.
The new form number is TC-96-182(3P)6/26. It replaces the TC-96-182(5/26).
Dealers will need to consult with their DMS provider regarding programming requirements for new or updated documents.
