NC Title in Transit Application
The new form number is MVR-6TT_e. It replaces the pre-preprinted MVR-6TT(3P)7/20, which will be discontinued on July 15, 2026. Note that the updated document is only available in electronic format.
NC Trade Pack
The new form number is LAWNC-26-TRADE. It replaces the LAW-24-TRADE. This update incorporates the DMV's newly revised Odometer Disclosure Statement, Power of Attorney, and Damage Disclosure.
NC Title Application
The new form number is MVR-1_e. It replaces the pre-preprinted MVR-1(1P)5/17, which will be discontinued on July 15, 2026. Note that the updated document is only available in electronic format.
NC Damage Disclosure
The new form number is MVR-181(2P)4/26. It replaces the MVR-181(2P)2/22.
Dealers will need to consult with their DMS provider regarding programming requirements for new or updated documents.
