OH Certificate of Exemption Regarding Sale of a Motor Vehicle

Please note that the State of Ohio has released an updated version of the OH Certificate of Exemption Regarding Sale of a Motor Vehicle document with an 8/25 revision date. The new form number is STEC-MV(3P)8/25. It replaces the STEC-MV(3P)10/23.

Dealers will need to consult with their DMS provider regarding reprogramming requirements for new or updated documents.
