The new form number is LAWOR-25-25. It replaces the LAWOR-25(1P). The new form includes, among others, the following updates:

OR Vehicle Bill of Sale
Authorization to Release Payoff Information form updated with the new Lien Payoff Authorization and Release

Dealers will need to consult with their DMS provider regarding reprogramming requirements for new or updated documents.
