Please note that there has been a revision made to the LAW®553-OR(4P)12/24 contract as well as the LAW®553-OR-ARB12/24. The new form numbers are LAW®553-OR(4P)1/26 and LAW®553-OR-ARB1/26.
We have added a new Seller’s Right to Cancel provision to the contracts in response to changes in Oregon law based on HB 3178 that will go into effect on January 1, 2026.
Inventory for the new product will be available by November 24, 2025. Dealers should begin using the new contract on or after January 1, 2026.
The Bankers Systems® brand will also make revisions in response to the legislative changes and will announce those changes in a separate message.
