Please note the following update to the Oregon LAW F&I Library^®:

Vehicle Identification Number Inspection Form

Please note that the State of Oregon has released an updated version of the Vehicle Identification Number Inspection form with a 1/26 revision date. The new form number is 735-11(1P)1/26. It replaces the 735-11(1P)4/25.

Dealers will need to consult with their DMS provider regarding reprogramming requirements for new or updated documents.
