Offer to Clearly and Permanently Mark the Vehicle's Catalytic Converter
This document, form number LAWWA-CAT-OFFER, has been added to the F&I Library. This new form is designed to, among other things:

Help the dealership document why it is not required to offer to mark the vehicle’s catalytic converter (if applicable)

Allow dealer to disclose any fee the dealership charges to mark the catalytic converter

Provide the required notice if the customer declines the offer
Optional Product Disclosure
The new form number is LDJ-OPD(3P)24. It replaces the LDJ-OPD(3P)19. The new form includes, among others, the following updates:

Added checkboxes to identify Transaction Type

Expanded Buyers/Lessee information field to include fields for Email, Phone, and Cell.

Expanded Vehicle Description section to include fields for Mileage and Stock Number
Lien Payoff Authorization & Release
The new form number is PAYOFF-RELEASE24. It replaces the LAWI-PAYOFF. The new form includes, among others, the following updates:

Form title change from Authorization to Release Payoff Information to Lien Payoff Authorization and Release.

Expanded scope of form to include both trade-in transactions and dealer purchase transactions

Provides description of the lien payoff process and the owner's financial responsibility

This document, form number LAW-ARB4P8/22, has been added to the F&I Library.

This document, form number SA-1506YO, has been added to the F&I Library.
Dealers will need to consult with their DMS provider regarding reprogramming requirements for new or updated documents.
