Please note that a new revision of the following document has been added to the Wisconsin LAW F&I Library®:

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation DMV has issued a new WI Title & License Plate Application form with a 10/24 revision date. The document was revised to reflect the increase of Wisconsin’s electronic processing fee to a maximum of $38 and the renewal processing fee increase to $16.25.

The new form number is MV-11(3P)10/24. Stock for this document should become available in our warehouse within the next 3-5 business days. The old MV-11(3P)1/24 will be discontinued on November 1, 2024, or when stock is depleted – whichever comes first.

Dealers may begin using the new revision on October 1, 2024, when the fee increases go into effect. Dealers will be allowed to exhaust current stock before transitioning to the new version.
