The North Carolina Automobile Dealers Association recently announced a new partnership with LAW® F&I documents provider Reynolds Document Services. In their release, NCADA said helping dealerships manage their compliance is one of the organization’s highest priorities – which is why they chose to partner with Reynolds Document Services.
“Reynolds is the sole provider of the trusted and proven LAW® 553® Retail Installment Contract used by many of our dealers. Reynolds also offers the LAW F&I Library® for North Carolina. This library consists of numerous F&I documents, available in both pre-printed and electronic formats. Their industry leading team of in-house and outside legal resources review these state specific documents regularly for legally required and best practice updates.”
NCADA’s announcement also highlighted LAW’s F&I Document Review, a free service involving an experienced Compliance Consultant collecting a dealership’s F&I documents and providing an assessment on how to help reduce compliance risk.
